Ok, I had the heads flowed at a local performance shop. But they used an older flowbench that the tech claims to consistently give 10% lower numbers than the same test on a Superflow flowbench. Other research I've done shows that flowbench is amongst the most conservative numbers you'll get. So based on the 10% correction factor, here's the numbers I got from the test:
4.000" bore, 28" test conditions.
Lift/Intake/Exhaust
.200"/133.2/112.6
.300"/186.1/159.2
.400"/243.1/215.5
.500"/275.7/243.1
.550"/283.2/251.6
.600"/307.1/259.9
.650"/No data/No data

I wonder what they'd have flowed had I cleaned them up any prior to dropping them off LOL
