At what point should someone consider switching their springs in relation to lift of the cams? Thanks

The cam is very lopey but is also very streetable with a good tune. I was using this with crane gold 1.8 rockers to increase the lift to .612/.612 and made 475 RWHP N/A on my 02 SOM SS. It would be a good idea to use a dual spring with this cam even without the 1.8 rockers.

I didn't even notice it was you who was selling this. . .
See I got my HUMount in yesterday?

So, would you recommend new springs for this? I'm just guessing
the ones on my LS6 engine are stock from almost 100,000 miles ago
What would you recommend?

Thanks

Duff

If you use the cam with 1.7 rockers you wont need to flycut the pistons, however, if you step up to 1.8's that will put you very similar to the Trex and you may need to flycut (you will have to check to see).

Sale pending at the moment.... will post again if it falls through.

Yo must have had heads on the car to make that kinda power correct? What heads did this cam fit with? And yes you would want to upgrade springs...PRC duals to .670 lift or something like that.

Definately had heads and a ported/port matched FAST 90/90 combo as well. FWIW, I was using Crane dual springs with my setup with no issues at all.
