Parting 98 SS 6 speed Parting my wrecked 98 SS. Would want $2,500 for engine & tranny (tranny main case is cracked). $175 for tinted T tops, $400 for leather interior (charcoal). Thought I had it sold, but looks like buyer is no-no:

$3,000 for the whole car. $2,800 if I keep the rear spoiler for my newly purchased 98 Z28.
Engine has 58k on it. Ran strong, no piston slap or ticks/noises, used no oil between changes.
Don't have time to be shipping stuff out, so local only. Located in El Paso, Tx.

Im in northeastern OK, wouldn't be too much to ship, but All i would need is the engine, and really all i would need is the block & bottom end but I'd entertain the price offer of just the engine as well.

Really don't want to get into shipping. My schedule is fubar, would make it too much of a hassle. Don't want to be one of those guys that gets threads started about him on how "f#%ker took a month to ship me my cr%p!".
Would rather KISS and sell the whole thing off. This weekend special: take the complete car for $2,600 if I keep the spoiler. Cash N Carry... well sort of.
Buy car, take what you want, make bucks selling off other parts to the people who have posted wants in this thread and in numerous PMs. If it doesn't go out as a complete unit, I'm calling the insurance company Tue morning and taking the full offer, be done with it.
