Ill give you $600 for the wheels plus my stock 16's on my 01' Formula, the rims are perfect with no curb damage and they have brand new Falken tires with like 1K miles on them??

Why do the fuel rail covers look like they are missing a piece, or like they were cut?

because they are cut.. cut to fit an fbody .. you have to modify the vette FRC to make it fit an Fbody.
