Ok, I forgot I had this listed! I listed it up then went out of town and forgot about it.
It is the Auto Tap "Model AT1". It uses a serial interface and comes with both cables (one to the computer and one to the car). You can download the software from Autotap's website I believe. As far as the enhanced PIDs, I don't think its got that.

Also, I'll do $80 shipped now. Formula1996 has first Dibs
