Like bene said he would be paying just for fresh paint and for $60 I would assume from Maco. I shaved and prepped the snail panel that is on my car now myself and just having it painted was $115 with an 8 day wait
If you buy my item you are getting fresh factory paint, a new gm snail panel, red vinyl fill-ins (which can be removed), and last but not least shipping
A lot of people buy the whole thing because they are not sure if they will like it once it is on their car, they don't want the 1-2 weeks of down time (since you can't drive w/o tail lights), or they want to keep the original parts from their car “untouched” and in storage so they can change it back when they want to sell it

It is a stock gm snail panel from a black 02 camaro with red vinyl fill-ins. Will fit on any 1993-2002 Camaro...
