Thinking of selling my 421ci
I have a 408 ci forced induction motor thats been sitting at my machinist's shop for almost 6 months now. I have moved onto a different setup and dont think I will have any use for it now.
The setup is as follows:
6.0L Truck block
Lunati 4340 4.000" crank
Lunati Pro Mod rods
Diamond -30cc dished boost pistons
Schneider 238/238 .630"/.630" 115lsa custom cut cam
Federal Mogul bearings
Callies Billet Main Caps
ARP rod bolts and main studs
TCI Flexplate
Rotating assembley has been internally balanced, line honed, bored, and assembled.
Block has been o-ringed for .030" (i think) rings
I paid almost $4000 for the rotating assembley alone, plus $600 for the main caps, $400 for the cam, plus block, bolts, etc...
Labor into the machining and assembley about $1500
This motor is setup to run 9.0:1 w/ a 64cc head.
I was planning to make about 1200 hp with a large single on this setup, but now have gone N20
I would like to get $5000 for all of it, or will entertain all offers..

TTT.. Alittle info on the machinist building it- He is known for some killer Pro Mod motors that are run in Pro Mod boats in the IHBA. Im just ready to bail it out of his shop..

TTT.. Here is some idiot information I just found out.. Its actually a 408.. I thought I had purchased a 4.125" crank, but it turned out to be a 4.000" crank. I originally wanted to do a 421, but got into a discussion with someone who was telling me the 4.125" stroke would have counterweight clearance problems..
Either way, this is still a badass engine for a steal of a deal. I have about $6000 in receipts for parts only if anyone is interested, I can email them.
