I was offered $450 which I would take but the guy has other plans first and said he'd pick them up if I had them later.

Do you have the JE part number for the pistons?

I couldn't find that part number on the JE website.
Are these pistons for a 4.00 bore stroker application, or for a standard stroke application?
Are the pins carbon steel or tool steel? Dish cc?

These pistons were custom ordered by a friend who intended to use them in a 6.0L truck block. I'm unsure of the pins but I can give you the part number to them tonight.

I am in the process of building a 4.00 bore, standard stroke turbo motor right now, so please let me know when you have more info.
Maybe you could get a few more pics of the pistons and include a pic of the part number / info label on the box?
If these are custom pistons, all the info should be on the outside of the box.

Thanks

What is the strength rating of the Rods, like how much horse power are they good for?

The rods are good to 200,000psi and I imagine the would be able to handle a 250 shot no problem on a stroker motor.
