Just my .02 cents worth ... I'd start at $5,800 and you might get for $5,000. This is just my opinion from a few actual transactions I have seen.
Thanks for the advice.

GM parts direct for a complete LS6 service engine was running about 6700 with shipping, I had to pull out my receipt to determine. Hope that helps you.

My friend paid $3500 for an LS6 out of an 03 Z06 with 13k miles on it just to give you an idea. And you WILL need some of the things off your motor. Sell the longblock for about 3k-3500 and be happy with that. For $6500 I could build a 402 longblock easily.

ok ,again I'll say that I am selling this motor ready to bolt up and start.I will be getting new stuff for my 4XXci motor.I know what this motor is worth at a reasonable price and I know what it'd cost to build a new one so as soon as someone gets anywhere close I'll pm them and try to make a deal.We can discuss removal and shipping as soon as someone gets close. If you can find this setup ready to run for $3500, go get it,mine is not going anywhere for that. I have the luxury of driving my ZO6 whenever I want so it doesn't get that many miles at all.If I don't sell it in a week or two I'll just wait for the right time to get rid of it.I don't need to sell it but I would like to so if anyone gets close I'm easy to deal with.

TTT for a good deal. Don't get low balled. LS6's are bad motors. I say put it on ebay if you have a good feedback rating. Let them know that you don't care what there friends bought. Who cares? Here is a add to back you up.
