Do you think the price will ever come down a bit on the 4L80 C5 kit?

With the costs rising every day of steel, alum, supplies, labor and shipping of products, I do not see the kit price ever dropping only going up in price.
Sorry

The 80e is much stronger than the 60e. The 60e won't last at a 1k hp level.

Is this tranny new or used? How many miles are on it if it's used? What's been done to it to bring it to the 1000 hp level?

Trans is a fresh Build
a 4l80-e street/strip Gearstar transmission that has been dyno tested and rated up to 1000hp for street or light strip use (or Max comp unit is for full track usage) at this thread
https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/647470-4l80-max-street-drag-competition-full-manual-transmission.html
The street /strip unit has
all upgraded and new parts and ready to go fast!!!!
Price is blow out at $2800.00 plus shipping of $150.00
NO CORE FEE OR CORE IS NEEDED
This has a 12 month Warrenty
and it will be Dyno tested with a Yank converter matched to your setup for the extra converter cost alone!!!

the converter will come installed and full of fluid so no start up issues are to be had, the converter and trans will be tested for converter clutch function and performance as is the transmission
