Trans brake will add around $600.00, but will depend on you power level if other upgrades are needed or wanted

I'd like to offer what I feel is the fair market price of that build compared to others I've seen.

I'll give you $2500 shipped for it. Please PM me if you're interested.

What about a torque converter that can handle over 1000HP with lock-up? Is this tranny made to order or do you have one laying around? I want this for my car in Indy.

When you say Chevy bolt pattern, is it the old style bolt pattern or the LSx pattern?

I really don't know alot about the 4L80 tranny, but I have some questions. Are the TCC and OD electrically controlled or mechanical? I was wondering if I can use the OD to split the gears in 1-1OD-2-2OD-3-3OD like what GearVendors says.

The converter is 12 volt controlled with a ground to the tcc switch and I have heard of this being OD split tried but with no gain in driving or at the track it might help for a 4x4 to get the desired ratio
Od works same as other gears unless a manual valve body is used

well, with the standard 1-2 shift at 7000rpm the rpms will drop to about 4170rpm. The 1-1OD shift at the same rpm will be 5250rpm and the 1OD-2 would be 5570rpm. this would keep the motor revving in the upper power band. I guess that was the intent. But yes, you wouldn't use it for the street. It was just an idea. So how do you shift into OD with a manual valve body?

The OD shift is just a move of the shifter as the other shifts are, it has no 12 volt power for this, as the valve in the valve body is moved for the shift by the connection thru the shifter and can be done at WOT also
