Up for sale is a ported and polished throttle body off of a '99 Trans Am. It will fit any camaro, firebird, or trans am with the ls1 motor. I think it fits '00-'02 but the throttle cam may be a little different. The throttle body has been ported and the inside polished as seen in the pics. The .120" ridge inside the tb has been removed and the bump stop mod has been done to allow the tb to open to 100%. The throttle body blade's shaft has been reduced to 1/2 it's original size to offer less obstruction to airflow and the screws holding the plate to the shaft are ground flush for the same reason. Also the shaft has been ground down in the back (see pics). The tps and iac sensors are not included. The closeup pic of the inside of the TB shows a small dark dot near the blade where I got a little aggressive on porting and a pinhole showed up going through the body. I dabbed JBWeld on the outside and it's sealed tight and will not come off. Also see the pic of the lip around the outside of the TB to see the small area where the lip was ground down. This will not affect how the intake tube seals around the TB (again a little aggressive during the porting). Feel free to shoot me any questions you have. I will take $85 shipped. if it is from a 98-99 car it will not work on a 00-02. You would have to swap throttle shafts.
