i have a JL Audio 300 watt, four channel amp. it's the e-series, e4300. JL makes some of the best audio stuff out there. i would like to get 150+shipping. it's in excellent condition. i can post up pics later tonite if needed. dont know if this matters to anyone, but it does have velcro on the bottom of the amp so it wouldnt slide around on the carpet.
