Maybe you guys know...I've heard conflicting info about selling used cats. I see many folks on eBay selling them as scrap and commenting on not being allowed to sell used cats.

We have a set of Dynatech Power Cats for the C5 that were used for about 100 miles and I would love to get them out of here. I didn't think the scrap buyers wanted aftermarket.

Any suggestions? TIA.

They just sold on ebay for $220 in less than 30 mins. Prob could have got more. You guys should try to sell yours on there w/o a buy it now to see how much they go for and post back. You guys offering $145 will have to up your price a bit.

Wow...the used cat market is crazy. May have to try the eBay route as well. I need to get the ends cut off though to make shipping cheaper. Thanks for the info.

Ok im dying to know the auction number because I searched and searched under completed auctions and the only thing I can find is some Corvette Cats that sold for $51 each. Thats not $145 that LS1BlackBird99 pays and hes a great buyer that pays instantly when he recieves the cats.

All I see for auctions that are going is somebody asking $225 reserve not met with no bids for some new cats.

Here is mine, you guys can use my auction format cause if you dont list it like that Ebay will delete it. 250217232349 You could prob even message the buyer and ask him to buy them direct casue thats all the guy buys.

Yes… I also buy all factory cats...
WTB - $$$$ for catalytic converters , cats

I pay $145 per pair or $70 each for factory LS1 LT1 LS2 LS6 GTO GM cats.
I pay by check or paypal, your choice.
Send your payment information with your cats, when you send them.
I pay within 24 hrs of the same day that I receive your cats.

Send cats to:
Dave McElrath
2942 Crosby Ave
Pittsburgh , PA 15216

No gutted or internally broken cats. Broken studs, bad flanges a-ok.
You can cut them out of the piping if you want.
The more you cut, the cheaper it is to ship. I just need the cats.
Fedx ground is cheapest.

Or , if you cut away all the piping , they will fit into a USPS ‘flat-rate” box &
Cost you only $8.95 from anywhere to me. Free “flat-rate” boxes at your post-office.

Check out my Trader Ratings at the top of the LS1Tech.com page.
I'm #3 on the list with 203 trades & a 100% rating...

You can also send me all other factory cats, & I will pay you top dollar, for your cats... I can only price non LS1 cats when received, as there are 1,000s of different factory cats made.
