Comes with all the clamps needed and comes with 4 adjustable plates to tune how loud you want your exhaust. Most used kits are missing the plates but not this one! Please only serious buyers. no, these are generally less raspy then the slp catbacks...I would checkout ls1sounds.com to hear some sound clips of it. IMO its the best sounding catback by itself

 

I notice that there is a hanger missing on the drivers side, will it be included?
