Because they are NOT ebay cores... and they are not 24x12x4.5

What are the dimensions on them? Are they the 24x12x4.5 or something else? You have me a little confused by saying they are and then the opposite later. Are they horizontal or vertical cores?

^ It's just a core. It doesn't have end tanks. You've have to weld them on.

No there are not any tanks on them. They are only the cores!
