At this price it would be safe to say that there is no Converter included. Great Buy. This is what I'm looking to purchase after my deployment. Good luck with the sale

I do have a 9" Fuddle converter for sale though... I didn't even think about posting it (it's at the shop, kind of an "out of site out of mind" thing)

The Fuddle is only a 2800RPM stall. Behind the cammed LQ4 in my truck with 28x10.50x15 slicks and 4.10 gears it would only flash to about 2600rpms at the drag strip.

So for most it's prolly considered a good 9" converter core to have rebuilt by the converter company of your choice... I know I can't say, "make an offer" so...
