Fastest Stock LT1 I've ever heard of was 13.3@107

This was done with an absolutely bone stock SS.

It was done with a professional driver and in a magazine shootout against the cobra of the same year.

dont mean to be rude, but i didnt understand that post very much....

that isnt a very good time with a cam on an ls1.. my 98 with a lid and LM exhaust ran 8.4@84..

was that your times or what? sorry i dont understand

car and driver got 13.6 out of a 96 ss iirc. Thats the fastest mag time that I have seen.

i love how all the ls1 guys diss on the lt1 but yet my stock 96 ss has equal or more horsepower than any non ss ls1 camaro. i read that the 96 camaro ss got 13.46 in the 1/4 mile stock.

your saying your stock lt1 puts down as much as a stock ls1?

and the comment about any non ls1 "SS" camaro..
all ls1s make just about the same power, regardless if it has ram air or not, lmfao....

did you also read that they got an ls1 into (i believe) it was a 12.7?
