My car ran a 13.2 stock with 555r's and some suspension through a stock stalled A4. DRivetrain was untouched though. (=

You guys serious? a mid 13's LT1 isn't that hard to come by. I ran 13.4 @ 103 bone stock, right down to the Eagle GSCs, in my 94 Z28. Another fella locally did the same exact thing in his firebird. When I purchased my 97 SS I took it to the track just to see what it would do and it ran 13.6 @ 104 and I'm positive I could have gone faster than my old Z but I had mods for the Z that I never put on it was itching to put on when I got the SS so I only took it to the track once before I modded it.

This is a car that I have been following since the engine build in the HPP April 1997 issue. They call it Stump Puller and what they built was a wicked version of the LT1 350 and yes it is stock based on the rules of the Stock Eliminator class.
