well my friend and i have swapped rear ends and gears a couple times on his camaro so him and i are capable but what price am i lookin at

Definitely 3.73's. I'm going with 3.42's on my LT1, but that's because it has 2.73's. If I had 3.23's I would either leave them be or go 3.73's.

summit has the ring and pinion gears anywhere from 135-209 so just depends on what brand and stuff u want.
