I'm scared...
if it were 1250' above sea level and 90 degrees with 80% humidity then i would say 13.8...
are you running dr's or slicks?
i would say better but those stock mannies are killing you... when you raced the 350z did you have your cutouts opened?
this friday
probably in the 60-70 degree range
VERY low humidity.
DRs
Cutout was closed.
My car NEEDS a launch to do any sort of damage on another car, and the Z took that out of the equation. I was mostly just an intake, 3.42, tune car by then.
I've owned a LOW 13 second car. I know what they feel like. This car WITH traction will run a LOW 13. With a full suspension setup I can fully believe a 12 second pass is possible.
just for perspective, i ran a 14.002 at 99.635,
that was when i had just the Cam, CAI, UD pullies, and muffler delete and a tune with a failing opti, still thru stock manifolds. my buddy with a 2000 firehawk ran a 13.905 at 103.843 with long tubes (he needs driver mod terribly) and this was also in phoenix at speedworld and it was about 2 months ago when it was 90+ at night still, also hot lapped.
i am getting my motor mounts done today or tomorrow hopefully and want to head back out to the track to see how the long tubes, new opti, DR's , and re-tune treat me. im hoping for a mid 13 as im still on the stock stall converter and original tranny with 108k.
what track are you going to be going too? i'd be willing to come and hopefully it would be a close race between the two of us!
Are my times what they "should" be? At the time, I had all stock rear suspension, a crappy exhaust and a transmission that wouldn’t shift at WOT. All that’s fixed now and I would imagine that I’d break into high 12's. I still currently have 3.23 gears and a beaten, abused original high milage shortblock that endured a blown head gasket. One Fine Day I’d like to think I could build a stout 383 short block and swap in a 3.73 12 bolt.
What do you guys think I should be running now with a shifting tranny and no more wheel hop?
I do know this: Going to the dyno or track can be a very sobering experience. Often, track times or dyno results are less than hoped for.
One good thing tho. At Englishtown, I had the good luck of running our last runs next to my bud Joey in his stage one Neon dumdumdumdum. Spanked him pretty good, he turned somewhere in the mid 14's. Then again, HE seriously needs to go on a weight reduction program. Good times!

You should run 11's with no question about it and your numbers are very low. If I ran 13's with heads and cam I would be pissed. Something is wrong with your car.
my mechanic Sean at Top Gear Motor Sports told me about it last night when i was dropping my car off to get the new poly motor mounts put in. so ive gotta decide which day to go as i dont think i will be able to make both days.
but if i dont see you out there friday good luck and let us know how it goes!
