Flat 4-prong..
Here is an intersting tip for you guys with LT's, I guess it depends on how bored you are..lol
The last time I had my LS Conversin Harness apart re-wiring it for the T56, I re-located the O2 Sensor Connectors from where were up in the front of the Harness back to the top side of the Transmission, so I elimated the need for Extentions. I kept burning them up, and I wanted to simplify it.
Here is a pic so you can see..

Like I said, I guess it depends on how bored you are..
