If the S60 (9 3/4 ring gear) has a big heavy poosi unit in it, we could lose 25 HP or so. If it has a light weight spool, maybe only lose 15 HP over stock.
Larry probably has a better idea about what kinda loss there is from the rear end swap but there is DEFINITELY some power to be gained with a cut out right before the rear end. 3" true duals would be even better but cost about $400 and have less ground clearance.

so figuring in the S60 with a 4.10 + the CM DS over the alum shaft removed will eat some power
then add the cutout which we could see 5-10+ HP
I think you would still be 390-400 after the S60 + cutout.
