Very nice buildup. My LE2 made just a bit less HP than you, but was a blast to drive.
Lloyd - is that your newest LE2 cam? I bought my h/c from you in May 2006 and I heard you were in the process of developing a new one. Just curious.
ACHotrod - Look into the GMMG exhaust if you want a badass deep sounding sound. I had it on my LE2 Formula WS6 and it just sounded wicked. I also had a cutout on the passenger side just before the rear axle. Listen for yourself...

Can't wait to see what you put down at the track where the #'s really have some meaning.

Car belongs to another member on here now. Sold it about 1 year ago. It had a GMMG on there, which it still does. Car put down something like 405rwhp and around 385rwtq. Best run I got out of it was a 12.63 at 111... had to baby it off the line because of the 10 bolt. I went through 3 rear ends, and the current owner 1, but since then he has installed a D60 in there. Once he gets some slick on there, launch that thing at 4000 rpms and see low 12's, maybe hint at 11's... full weight too!

really depends on the set up the 383 is in (gear, weight, stall, shift RPM, drivability, what kinda idle customer wants or can tolerate, etc, etc).
There is not 1 cam for every engine. I just talk to each customer and figure out a cam that will work best for what they are wanting the car to do.
