Default Bumper Support

Does the LT1 not use a bumper support like LS1's do? (I'm not talking about the egg-crate type stuff, I know I need that). I'm trying to switch back to my LT1 front end and I need to know which pieces I won't need off my LS1 front end.

Simply, with an LT1, do I need this piece? (The bracket/support thing that bolts onto the headlight bracket).

In this picture, I don't see it (ignore the arrows).

But after the change, I do see it. It's even painted the color of the new LS1 front end. So my guess is, I don't need it for an LT1 front end?

It looks like a completly different piece that you will need from a LT1 car.

Does anyone have a picture of an LT1 car from the same angle as my first picture?

Are you talking about that black plastic piece that holds the Headlights?

That is a solid piece, and LT1 Car specific.

Thank you. It looks like I need a support, just a different one.

It also looks to be plastic instead of metal like on the LS1.

Yeah it's plastic. It's one big piece that holds the headlights and all like the merv said.
