I think i really will be, i've been checking out a few videos here and there and i love the idle on it, I got a few more things to buy before i can put the motor back together yet, Still gotta get an EWP and a few other misc things. i think i'm gonna look into a mail order tune by Herron performance for the mean time then mid spring haul my junk to speed inc and have it dyno tuned by Ion to get everything perfect.

Would this cam work alright through a 6 speed and 3.45 rear gears or would you have to go with lower gears like 3.90's or 4.11's?
I'm tempted to go with this very cam but I don't want to go with a lower gear ratio than I already have. Also, is it really that much more difficult to tune a car with a cam that has 110LSA as apposed to one with 112LSA?

I know it's not much difference, only 200rpm, but I'd rather start making power lower in the RPM range (for better drivability) and peak out at a lower RPM as well (for more reliability) - even if it is only 200rpm....
My main concern is whether the car will run alright with a 3.45 rear gear though and what the negative effects on drivability/performance would be if I stayed with the 3.45's....

4.10s behind a T56 is not bad, I know it sounds like a radical gear but once you consider the double overdrive of the T56 4.10s are just fine on the highway.
Tuning a 110lsa is not bad, the myth that it is difficult comes from the old TBI stuff which was hard to tune.

I don't know if there is a "maximum" amount of HP/Torque they can handle as many people have had different luck with them, much like any other rear end. It's hit or miss.
But as I said, The Dana 44 is a super strong rear end and I personally don't know of anybody who's broken one, of all the guy's I know with C4's. Plenty of them are making in excess of 600hp through Forced induction 383/396 LT1's - and they beat on them daily- have been doing so for years without any problems.
I'm not sure about the T56's but I know that in the ZF6, sixth gear is basically just a freeway gear. It's nothing more than an overdrive and is NOT meant for "pulling", "racing" or top speed or anything like that. They're strictly an overdrive gear meant to conserve fuel, nothing more.
Maybe the TF6's are different
I wonder how much though ?

By putting 4.10s in a 6 speed car you can use 6th at something below 70mph. You do the engine no favors by turing it 1500rpms on the highway and lugging it, that does more harm than a few more rpms are. The belief that ultra low rpms is good for feul economy is another outdated myth, I only get like 2mpg difference between my 2.56 gears bone stock wagon which is much heavier than the sedan, and the heavily modified sedan with 3400stall and 3.73s and a shorter wider tire. The computer is a wonderful thing.
You will get a lot farther modding the car once you get past all these old myths that admittedly are quite common.
On the 110/112lsa thing, here is some reading.

In otherwords forget you wider LSA will make more lowend idea because 110 is still wide.

Yeah, I saw that too. Specs are 230/238 - .575/.575 - 110 LSA but it also says that "gears" are required so I'm assuming they mean something along the lines of 3.90 or lower and I really don't want to ditch the 3.45's I've got right now. Also, the operating range for this cam is 2300-6400rpm, while the operating range on the 226/234 is 2000-6200rpm.
