Default suspension

ok so i'm trying to put my power to the ground and am having difficulties. i plan on changing the gears to 3.73s first off.but, i heard you start breaking stuff... so my question is what kinda of suspension stuff should i start with? lowering springs, sway bar, tracion or ladder bars, sub connectors, what is the best combination? oh and if someone could tell me what rpm they run in a lt1 A4 with 3.73s at 70... and maybe gas mileage... not the reason for an F-body car i no but curious since its my DD. thanks in advance!

RPM's on 3:73's on a A4 aint bad, im guessing my rpm's are about 2700 going about 75mph..my MPH gauge is off with the gears, so its not exactly correct

Eibach or Strano springs
Bilstein or KYB adj shocks
Front and rear sway bars (I went w/ Spohn)
Torque Arm
Panhard bar
Control arms

My car sits right about 2600-2800 rpm @ 70-75 with the 3.73's. I didn't notice any loss in fuel economy. They kick *** you won't be disappointed. I would invest in some nice DR's to drive on with them gears
