I've got a MadZ tune and I've been pretty happy with it. The only thing that throws me off is before the tune, I raced my cousin's LS1 SS and I'd pull on him at 130+. He got a lid, and I got a tune, and now it's the other way around. I don't know if the lid just made that much of a difference, or if there's something screwy with my tune. Course, I was stupid, and only filled in the drop-down boxes, instead of giving him my whole list of mods. But, I doubt it'd make that much of a difference on a bolt-on tune. I'm going to let him retune it soon anyways, after I do my 1.7RR install, and LS1 lid conversion though. Then, I'll give him the full list of mods.
