I honstly can't tell because it's a "reseller" package. Doesn't mentioned being a shared hosting package though I can't find anything specifically stated on this one. Phantom found it and it suits our needs perfectly for a pretty reasonable price. Odds are it's NOT a dedicated server though given the price, but there's no constraints on MySql DB sizes which is a plus.

Can we get a new ETA so my OCD does not have me checking to see if it's back up every 30 minutes

I'm working on it guys, trust me. There is an issue somewhere. I can't even connect to our new cpanel anymore. I've been on the phone with both servers all day.

What happens when you try to connect to the new cpanel? You don't mess with your computer's hosts file at all do you? I learned that trick to be able to work on a new server that DNS hasn't synched with yet but man if you forget that you edited the hosts file it sure screws with you when you're trying to troubleshoot.

I got the cpanel issues working again, and ftp was fixed as well. I'm uploading our forum right now to the new host. I also have the config file ready. Everything should be working in like an hour. But I can't make any promises. This **** is harder than I thought it would be.

Alright. We made a big step. The forums are installed and the config file is still picking up the old database which is showing us our nifty splash page. Now to upload the config and cross those fingers.
