I'm back guys. Was on vacation and periodically checked in from my phone, but then was in a "dead zone" for about 5 days and after getting home last night, didn't have the energy to look at anything. Thanks to Z28Projekt for calling it to my attention via phone today.
I'm on it as best I can be.

If you need any help, let me know. I've been running a vbulletin site since 2005 and have had my fair share of issues. I've been on a handful of different servers due to security issues (even after paying hundreds of dollars to have the servers "secured and hardened" only to have them hacked a few months later). Been on a Windows Server 2003 box since the middle of the summer and I haven't had any problems yet. *knock on wood* Not to mention it's just nice to be able to remote desktop into the box and have a GUI to use
Anyway, like I was saying, if you need any help just let me know. More than willing to help a fellow FBody site owner.

If you don't mind me asking - what do you mean there was nothing there? Missing posts, threads, forums, user accounts? Any database errors? Would seem weird if the stuff was just.. gone.. If someone got access to a SQL injection they could've slipped a SQL query to delete all the tables.
Fastbird93, what host do you guys use? Is it a linux server? Before they do the backup if you have access to any and all log files I'd definitely start downloading those to your computer for analysis. Depending on the level of the back up they might overwrite any logs which would help figure out what happened.

Anyway, not trying to step on toes, just trying to lend some help to a fellow site owner. IMHO we're all in it for the better of the FBody community, so whatever I can do to help, just let me know.
