Isn't that where the air pump hooks up to for emission friendly headers?

how long have you had them i have the same set the only problem i`ve had is the coating has started to rust. it almost looks like something hit it from the in side or out side. if thats not it i wonder if the wield may have been bad and it broke out from air in the weild will pop out did you hear any thing. i would call pacesetter tech and let them look at it maybe they`ll pay for the labor to replace it?

Ive seen this happen on another board. People claim this is pretty common with the pacesetter emmisions headers. It happens more to the little egr thing than the AIR.

Been there done that. Driver side air tube on my FLP headers did the same thing. Tig welded it back on and went over the passanger side to be safe and have had no further problems.

Pacesetter and reputation going along in the same sentence in a positive sense? When I think of Pacesetter I think of budget builds, crappy y-pipes, and unnecessary noise.. (and shitty pacesetter header bolts)
