well first does it overheat faster while being still or driving?
if it overheats faster while you are still..make sure the fans are coming on. if its while your are moving, you could be looking at a waterpump. prob would be a good idea either way to replace the thermostat.
also try getting the cooling system pressured tested

It all depends on the day....Mostly it oveheats when im on the highway but it dosent fully overheat. I have my fans to stay on constant somtimes when it leaks it looks like it comes out from the radiator onto the floor. one time it came out of the top of the coolant resivor. Then I might start it and it goes straight to redline and then it shoots back up to good temps(under 210)

Try getting a new thermostat first since it is cheapest. Next I'd try a radiator, it is more than likely stopped up than the waterpump going bad. When my car was running hot i endned up warping the heads so dont run it hot too many times or it will cost you big money. My resevoir would also spit out lots of water but im not sure if it was from the radiator being stopped up or the heads being warped.
The waterpump does have a little gear thing connecting the waterpump to the cam that can strip out, but if your car is circulating water I doubt the waterpump is bad and would look into a radiator.

im explaining the best way i can...okay it never fully overheated Except once and that was when i could see Fluid leaking real bad from the radiator area and it came out the coolant reserve also. it usually just stays at about 220-230f. NO smoking, no low oil pressure

Like I said earlier test the thermostat or replace it. If it is shooting all the way up and then magically goes back down im guessing the thermostat could be stuck closed and then opening, or it could just be a lot of air in the lines causing this to.
Have you properly bled the system? It usually takes me a good 30 minutes to an hour to get all the air out of my cooling system.
Thermostats are cheap and bleeding is free, I'd try that before spending a lot of money. Also, like others said check the air dam for debris.
