what plug should i run in my 94 z28 with a cam and vortech supercharger with 6-8psi

I've been running NGK TR55 plugs in all of my engines. I am happy with them. You'll have to research the optimum gap setting though.

i just awitched to the NGK TR55 today, all ive heard is praise about them so i went with them

My buddy runs TR6s gapped at .036 .Thats 8psi on a 5.3 though? Don't know if that helps?

I've always understood that TR55s are fine for N/A, but the tighter gap on TR6s is better for N20 and boost to prevent the spark from blowing out.

I run tr6 gapped @ .035 for my 12.1 compression. I plan on using them with a 100 shot soon as well. I would run them for boost also since they are a colder plug and better for detonation...

For boost, it is recommended to go one heat range colder, which is the TR6. And close the gap to 0.035.
Been working for me for 4 years now; pulled the plugs this fall and they looked excellent.

Will they work? Yes...Should you use them in a boosted application? No.. Go with TR6 if you have stock ignition, then close up the gap a little more or you could possibly get spark blow out....
