You forgot the little piece of cardboard and RTV for the Gasket.


Like mentioned just make them..it's easy and you won't see it when it's installed so looks are not a factor.

The funny thing about them kits is that you only really need to block off the spot where the EGR Valve is.

you can makethem.. i justbought mine off ebay.. just a couple clicks got me mine.. lol i took the lazyyyyyy route!!!

I don't remember who I used on ebay, but I had two sets, shipped, for around $22. I needed the little tab one as my Mom's car has shorties on it.

Oh trust me the car gets more attention..lol

I racked up alot of them while I was in Iraq..I'm getting ready to go back there in January. That and alot of them posts are answers to people's questions or tips to help.

About 20% are talkin ****..

Probably something Army..I haven't heard anything like that. The Air Force doesn't move like that.

i dont think it matters. 18-22ga. just standard sheet metal.
unless you want to go overboard and get fancy and use 1/8 steel plate or something lol

its ghetto, but i ghetto rigged one out of a beer can and the egr plate; sealed it all with rtv, no problems lol
