pull off the egr valve.
trace the flange of he valve onto some sheetmetal
cut it out, put some rtv on it, and bolt it back on.
if you have sheet metal laying around, its free..
but yeah ebay also.

I just took a stock EGR valve and a die grinder/cut-off wheel.

cut off the diaphram and the big black metal piece surrounding it (that the vacuum tube hooks to)

then welded up the holes in it, ground it smooth, and reused an old gasket with red RTV on it.

yeah, I know it's not perfect, but It's on a 14year old car, and it definately hasn't hindered the performance, and can't be seen.

Hello,

We offer them seen here, in stock- www.umiperformance.com/2100

We never had issues with the holes...I guess it depends what size bolts you are using. Sorry you had trouble

That is what I used. Very nice pieces and I just reused the stock bolts with no problems.

1 electric drill + 1 small piece of scrap metal + bench grinder + 20 minutes = egr block off plate.

R & D Speed has them. I ordered them with the plugs for the headers, but they took seriously a month to get to me, it was outrageous for just a little envelope with that stuff.
