Default Cam break in??

I got the car fired up but I am not getting much oil at the rockers, it is barely weeping on most but not getting anything on some. Guage reads 50 psi but I am not getting that up top for sure. Is there any specifics for cam break in that could possibly help this or am I screwed??

LT1's have hydraulic roller cams, so theres no break in required. Is it completely dry up top?

it isn't completely dry most of them are weeping but it is not what it should be, I have never run an LT1 with the valve covers off but I have done a few SBC and they sling oil everywhere. And when I say weeping I am not exaggerating, you can literally watch the oil drip into the fulcrum. Please help, I don't want to tear this thing back down!

maybe 15 minutes but not 15 minutes straight it has been a couple minutes here and there because of the lack of oil up top.

It takes a little bit for oil to get going out all the pushrods. Just make sure you have dumped some oil over all the rockers and valve stems and let it run for a bit.

For future reference when you install new pushrods make sure you clean them really well especially through the oiling passage, what I ended up doing was pulling the valve covers back off, stuffing carboard in there to deflect the oil, and filled all of the rockers with oil by hand. I started the car and held it at 2,000 rpm with someone watching up front for oil to start slinging and sure enough it did.
