Ram air conversion
And I'm also wondering how efficient a ram air setup would be without a functional hood. It isn't absolutely necessary, is it?
It is more of an aesthetic mod than anything else. Figure the cost of the hood, airbox, and paint, and you're looking around $1000 at least.
This is the only cost effective way to go really. A hood and LT ram air setup is around 1000. Which could also get you a set of decent heads or a cam a valvetrain setup. I wonder which would be better?
