Just take a picture of his face when he first looks at the dynograph after the conversion. And then say, "I told you so."

So how much is the LT4 kit going for these days? Tell your friend to give Lloyd a call or buy a box of tissues for when after his dyno numbers pop up if he goes with the LT4 package.

Just show him this thread after it reaches a page long of people saying that he's A) foolish (I'm being nice lol) and B) not worth it compared to other options. For the price of the LT4 kit, he could have a 355 built and a Cadillac Cam with full exhaust, even with the stock heads, and make more. Yet SITLL be under $3500 I bet.

LE2 requires accommodating mods, being full exhaust and a tune, to make those numbers, but still that is also well under the cost.

+2. I think Edelbrock has a LT4 conversion package for a similar price.

I'll admit that when I was stupid (a long long time ago) I considered the conversion, but a quick search informed me that it was not the best bang for your buck mod by far.

Still a waste. Go with a Lloyd set up. Less expensive and better power gains.
