no lower then a 3200... no higher then a 4000... preferbly a yank or vig, but i have heard great things about circle D converters at the track... dn about street manners tho... just remember a vig stalls a bit higher then most converters and is usually more "loose" then most...

with that being said i have a SS3600 and it is great on the street... takes a bit more throttle to get moving from a stop but its worth it IMO

I loved my 3200 with bolt ons and then with a "baby" 22x/23x cam, and will be running a 3600 with my much larger cam.

when i was int he market for a stall, most would disagree with a 3600... everyone pointed me towards the 3200... me and a few other guys got the 3600 and proved it a great DD stall for a mild bolt on or mini cam setup... its good to be different sometimes man

Depends on the converter because some can be really loose and that sucks on the street. Some are rated high and they are tight.

I would say 2600 stall for a street driver and it needs to be a lockup type or you will have problems. Dont go with anything but yank or vig.
