What Would be better spent for my money?
LT4 springs with 1.6 roller rockers and EWP?
Or high quality CAI?
Also how much would I be looking at to be spending on the LT4 springs with 16 rr and EWP? Where would you guys get the parts from???

wait on the CAI or find a used set up
i really would not go with Lt4 springs, there is nothing wrong with them but you really need more than 100lbs on the seat. patriot, crane and comp have some very nice springs with 125-135 on the seat.

Well, considering to cost of: RRs and EWP, you might as well buy Speed Inc's Cadillac Cam. You'll make 40-50hp from that alone, vs the 20hp (if you're lucky) from the RRs and EWP. Since you're getting springs anyways, might as well get good ones and do it once. Now, as far as the CAI, if you HAVE one right now then it's a good bet it's not able to be "bettered". Unless you're like me and your car came with a junk CAI that's intended for imports, the crappy chrome ones from the local parts store (or eBay) Otherwise, stick with what you have.

Wait and do springs when you do a cam swap get a CAI first then some LT's and y pipe.
Best bang for me was my Vigilante converter that made the most performance kick so far but unfortunately can't get traction anymore. True story my car ran the best of 14.2 I installed LT's and my converter and ran a 13.48 with serious and I mean serious traction problems and thats with 2.73's out back

I don't have a CAI that is why I am asking K&N for 195 I like new cause I kinda like to piece it all together myself if you know what I mean.

Well, I think the prices of our CAI are rediculous It's been so many years and yet they are still over $100 for a new piece. I'd try to find a used CAI, check eBay and For Sale section here.
As for that cam, the 50hp was made on a car with only a CAI and muffler and it was 40hp w/o a tune. While a stall will feel like you're making more power, it's actually just because you're instantly into the powerband of the motor. And the LTs helped make a bit more power too, so that just multiplies the Seat of the Pants feeling of the stall I'm not saying a stall isn't a good investment though, but you have to be careful if it's a daily driver since it'll really impact your MPG. Where as a cam won't necessarily impact it near as much.

Yep the stall will hurt you fuel economy in town not extreme but it will. I got my K&N cai on ebay for $100 shipped CRAIGSLIST & EBAY are places to get good deals. The guy I bought my k&n from did a slp lid conversion,Which I plan on doing

to me doing roller rockers or anything else for that matter before a CAI, is a bit like trying to decide how to tie your shoes before they are on your feet. There is an order to this stuff. first 2 mods IMO should always be CAI then Exhaust.

Indeed. I was going to comment that your motor needs to breathe, and the CAI is for inhaling and exhaust for... well exhaling lol But 50hp from a cam I find the be the best bang for your buck!
