Would I need new valve covers to run the rockers? And yesterday the shop discovered I need a new seal for my Opti, where can I get one? The shop is trying to find out if the seals are sold individually from the Opti, but no luck so far.

IF anything, that might be a dealer only item..As for the valve covers, I think I remember somewhere, that MOST guys, have to trim the underside of the VC, for the CC rockers, but not for the Crane Gold's..

All I've ever had to do to the VC's is flatten the inside bracing that runs perpindicular (sp?) to the VC and connects to the bolt holes. I had the big summit rockers and they fit. I've heard of people cutting but no you don't have to.

IIRC, you can get the opti seal with a timing cover gasket kit from advanced auto.

The shop said the Valve Covers wont fit. Im thinking about running some Canton's but it says the gaskets arn't included. Do I have to run anything diffrent than stock gaskets?

They should have a timing cover set with a opti seal in it...Unless it didnt come with one or it got ruined on install. Either way a new timing cover gasket set is like 15 bucks from a local parts store. It will have it in it.

If its not one danm problem with this its another. The fuel rails dont fit, I thought there might be problems because the manifold came frome a 93 Vette but is there a way I can make my fuel rails work or do I have to buy some from a 93?

Yep - you'll need the 93 fuel rails, or a 94+ manifold.
