Default another ignition problem.

well i just finished my plugs and wires on friday night. everything was fine until sunday night. while driving it felt like a miss under light loads. thismorning at work scanned it and had a p0300 multimiss. i havn't looked at misfire data yet, or had it in the air....but i am suspecting i burnt a wire. i used MSD 8.5 wires and forgot to change the coil wire. any chance that could be causing my problems?

Most likely. Either that or a plug wire isn't completely connected to the plug.

Check all of your wires thoroughly. Replace the coil wire. Test the coil.

Default wires

+2 on that one brother. I didn't run my wires through the separator by the opti on the passenger side and the damn pulley got 2 of my wires and burned 1. I recomend you get some Jegs 8.5 mm wires man , pretty good quality for $40 dllrs or $30 for the 8mm . I run them in my 97 ws6 . Good luck replacing them and best of all take you time and do it once .

Heres the link to the wire set:
