Got my 93 for 2800.

Came with 163k but it had the CME so i had to buy it haha. Paint is excellent, has cloth interior ( i hated leather in my 01' so im happy, and it has a badass system in it)

Oh yeah. Check mine out. It was in next to perfect condition with 52k and I picked it up for 4800. Probably even less expensive now with the market.

Heck I would sell my M6 T-top, black leather, red Trans Am for $5k. You can look at the engine bay in my garage.

Yep you can definitely find a nice one for that price. Just be patient to find the right car you want and don't settle. I got my 94 Trans Am GT A4 with t-tops, leather, etc. 123k miles for $4500 from a guy on Autotrader. Craigslist is OK, but there are some shady people on there, just be on the lookout. I'm in Ohio btw, too.

Like everyone's said, you can easily find a nice one for $5k. I got mine a little over a year ago, with 122k on it for $4200. It probably wouldn't have been so much, but the guy had just dumped a bunch of money into it replacing the opti and timing chain. Otherwise, the car was nearly immaculate and it's still running damn strong.

some other cheaper cars listed in the for sale section, but this appears to be a very nice car for the price IMO

So when these cars start getting some miles on them usually the only problem i have read about has been the opti, tried searching but haven't really found too much on them... can someone please explain. and good call about not setteling. I'm now about dead set on a red car with t-tops and black leather interior

So i have seen i can get an lt1 for 5 large, still haven't found the red t-top car with black leather though My buddies are ALWAYS up for a road trip and i have my lb7 duramax that's about as quick as these cars so i don't think it will be a problem locating one. Just need to save a few more bucks and find it! Thanks again everyone on here for your input and comments! and if anyone has a car that i want for under 5 grand go ahead and pm me

How in the world did you guys find these deals? Mine was 7750 with 81k on the clock and it was about the cheapest lowish mile 6 speed I could find?

Mine is a red, M6, T-top, black leather interior car. It has all the bolt-on's except 1.6RR's and has had a recent change on alot of things.

When did you buy it? Here recently with the economy everything is cheaper... Even still if you look hard enough the deals are out the.

I bought my immaculate 95Z28 fully loaded, 64,000 miles, ttops, 1 owner (which was a little lady that probably couldnt reach to floor it all the way if she wanted to) and also she had every service record on the car from day one, and everything was done at the dealership. Hell she even took it to the dealership to get it washed! 6500 bucks! And this was almost 5 years ago! Just keep lookin buddy!
