I paid $3800 two years ago, 82k miles my car came with cam and full boltons. Transmission went out, put a stall converter in it at the same time, along with the a/c went out and oil pan leak due to incompetent owner doing timing cover install, it is a great car.

Hell she even took it to the dealership to get it washed! 6500 bucks! And this was almost 5 years ago! Just keep lookin buddy!
I got mine a little over 2 years ago. Then again I do live around the west coast so that can't help. I have no reason to keep lookin because the car I found was exactly what I wanted.

Its a black 97 in excellent shape with a 6 speed, t-tops, leather, and it had 3 owners that I know of, but they all sound like people that took care of it. First one was a car guy, second and for the longest time was an old lady, third was was another car guy that just drove it once a week.

I paid $3800 for my M6 convertible with headers, subframe connectors, CAI, short shifter, panhard bar, clear corners, race pedals, airfoil, granatelli MAF, pioneer cd player, etc.

You just have to keep looking, deals are out there.
