Home ported and polished stock LT1 flow numbers

I ported my own LT1 heads as well but never flowed them, however I'm going to go thru the shortblock so maybe if my money's right (always an issue) I'll get them flowed to see how good or bad of a job I did. I'm building a budget 383 with an 847 cam and ported LT1 intake and LT's that I'm hoping will make 420 - 450 rwhp thru a t56.
