What I would try to do if I were you is to find someone else with a good running LT1. Swap the coil and ICM together. Drive the car and see if it still has the same symptoms. If it does, then it's not the coil or the ICM. If it doesn't, then you know that either the coil or the ICM is bad.

I just bought a brand new coil msd highly doutable that its the coil, i also got some plugs an wires ordered. I'm hoping its the icm, since it only seems to do it while its hot. I'm guessing when the car gets warmed up the icm get hot an malfunctions? But if i can find someone ill try it

You could perform the ICM cooling mod and see if it helps.

You can find a ICM at your local junkyard(s). I just went today and found a Coil and ICM at my local junkyard. I paid $10 bucks for the two. Give it a shot.

update i did the icm cooling mod, any it runs fine. It could probably use a new sensor but its all good now it stays cool enough that i can touch the metal heat sink.

Nice, if that solved your problem, I'd save up for a new GM ICM. But glad you got it solved.
