Pulling lt1 with m6 or without
It is way more attractive to me installing from bottom because, you can have the engine completely assembled and have the intake already set and rtv cured. I think the less bending over a fender to put all the extras back on the car the better. (at least in the LT1's cramped bay. )
I went out the top when pulling my engine (more work in cramped space), but since having to put a new k member in along with double checking engine assembly, I found going back in the bottom was a no brainer. Moving the car is not an issue to me whatsoever. (however some might have to move)
