Default Predictions for new setup?

Ok so here is the deal, Last year i ran a 13.086 with-
K&N cold air kit
stock manifolds and y-pipe
no cats
Hooker cat-back
3200vig
et streets on salad shooters, stock tire on salad shooters up front

This winter so far i have done-
-226/234 .569/.570 110lsa Advanced inductions cam kit including-
1.6 comp camp rockers (full roller)
obviously all the needed stuff pushrods, guideplates and all that happy crap
Heads have a 5angle valve job, NOT PORTED OR POLISHED
they have been milled slightly and i have .026 head gaskets so it should
be around 11:1-11.5:1 compression
-Pacesetter Long tubes (ceramic Coated) and ORY
-Electric waterpump
-Deleted A/C and pulled all but the box on the firewall
-Tune is from Ion from madtuner, we had it on the dyno and wasnt able to make a full pull but the air/fuel tables and all that was perfect.

Also will have
-Pro-stars all the way around, skinnies up front. Compared to the salad shooters i had all around last year.
-3-way adj Comp Eng drag shocks out back
-WIll have a set of subframe connectors on it before the first track day.

I've done quite a bit this winter and hoping i see a good improvement at the track from all the money i've spent.

What do you guys think for track times? Like i said it ran a 13.086 best ET and had around 101-102mphs preety consistantely. 60's were around 1.70-1.8x's

What are your opinions guys?

i was thinkn high 11's also once i get everything perfect and dialed in.

What do you think i could do with bumping the stall up to 3600 or 3800?

I would wait on bumping up the stall until you get things dialed in first. But after that I would imagine that it couldn't hurt
