Well a tune from MadTuner is 150 with a core exchange. I'd get one asap! Trouble shooting will be much easier once you can rule out the tune issue.

No, I installed valve train in a new crate LT1 engine. Oil pressue sits at 30 psi hot idle and 60 psi at WOT.
I have heard of a loosely fastened cam retaining plate causing lower oil pressure, but I don't know anything about it. What is your oil pressure at?

Well GM spec is a min of 6-7 I think at hot idle. But if all you did was a cam swap, your oil pressure shouldn't have been adversely affected.
Are you sure you put the oil pump drive, located in the valley, back in correctly? Torqued to 13ft.lb?
Did you torque the cam retaining plate to 105 in.lb with a dab of thread locker on the bolts?
Did you drop the pan at all? Maybe a damaged pick up tube...
Can't think of what else can affect your oil pressure. I'd get a mechanical gauge on there.

Sounds like your pick up tube might have fallen out. You could drain the oil, remove the plug or the oil level sensor and feel around to see if the pick up is laying on the bottom of the pan.

ok just put oil pressure gauge on and ran it to operating temp and it help steady at 20psi... pull valve covers and most all of my rocker are geting good oil coverage and some are barely getting oil should that be of concern..

20 psi hot idle is good. Don't know why some rockers have less oil. I'd say if you can see oil coming out of every pushrod, that's a good start. It doesn't need that much. Maybe try to pull out the pushrods and clean out the oil passages. I have no idea if that will help at all though.

ok but the tune is why it dont drive good right .. oh and i broke my sending unit does the ecu need the factory sending unit or will it be ok to run the other one ...i readjusted my rockers to and that seemed to help alot i have oil on all of them it ozes out of all of them and when you idle it up it seems to trow alot more on them but if something is wrong then i will find out down the road lol.... i found anther engine just in case 80k for 500 bucks ima buy it just in case

Mine was at 10psi at 30,000 mile and I was worried about the same issue so I rebuilt it with new crank and bearings, oil pump, etc. and no change in idle oil pressure. So I guess I just wasted my time, lol. I wouldn't worry to much about it. If you have a large cam chances are its idling lower and thats probably the issue.
