Here is the one out of my Car.. hopefully someone has a better pic.
I figure the black to be the ground, and that yellow one to be the signal to the gauge, then the other one the power..but I could be wrong.

What wire are you looking for..the power wire?

The power wire. I think its the purple. I was wanting to splice it under the carpet on the inside of the car to pull in a relay to an aeromotive pump.

You want to wire in an in-line booster pump?
Why not get a Racetronix in-tank fuel pump kit w/ optional hotwire kit?

Yea, it's probably purple then..for some reason I remember that being a color back there. Look at the stock Fuel Pump Relay at the wire that is on 87(or 87A)..that will be the one that is going to the Fuel Pump.

Same here, did the trap door/access panel method too. Very easy.

Especially if you can get your hands on a set of pneumatic shears.
Cuts like butter.

Try using a grinder and a thick grinding wheel cause you didn't have any cut off wheels, lol.

Lol..

I used probably 6 or 7 of the little thin ones..I used a Drill with a 1/8" Bit on the corners to make it easier. Them little wheels really do cut through it like butter. You just take your time and let it eat through the metal and it's money.

You can tell by the pic it's a clean cut.
